Attitude Sauvignon Blanc

From Loire Valley, pale lemon with aromas of citrus and herb notes, very typical SB. On the palate of this simple wine flavors of apple, grapefruit and blossom with big acidity throwing off the balance a bit. Medium finish, ending with citrus and mineral character. Tasting Sample.

Bright, Nice long finish that is smooth There is citrus but it’s light & well balanced with both nut & herb hints. Easy to enjoy.

Calm acidity with slight tropical fruits flavor, a bit sweet and bitter. 2018 @1100x6, wine plus - XH, 200512200601

A light Apple flavor. Not as grassy as a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Great with scallops.

Crisp and fresh but not as complex and delightful as other jolivet.
