Incredible wine. Everything you could want in a California Cabernet. This wine will drink well for 20 years.

Really incredible wine tonight. Lovely blue and black fruit followed by tannins that are well integrated.

We were looking for a Cabernet that was young, sexy and racy to go with grilled steaks. This fit the bill. It was decanted for 2 hours prior to serving. On the nose you get graphite, blueberry, blackberry. On the palate the tannins and fruit are in balance. Beautiful young wine that will age gracefully for at least two decades. If you have this in your cellar, I would recommend opening a bottle. If you don't have this in your cellar, buy a bottle.
