sour red & black fruits + star fruit

1995: Deep color. Impact of fruit less dynamic. Traditional Hermitage dna sequencing of flavor, with the bretty sweaty leather that only truly wears well on a Rhone. Not on par with the great vintages, yet this remains a label to hold one's respectful attention.

Balanced and nuanced without being timid or weak. Great wine just starting to hit its stride. Took awhile to really open up.

Fatty meats, cinnamon, smoke, red fruits

Dissapointing....

It doesn't get better than this. Full bodied and full flavored white pepper and menthol Syrah with perfect texture and an endless finish!!!
