Oak wrapped with elegant notes of apple, peach, nectarine & saline. This wine opened up beautifully with air and ended with a crisp finish and great acidity. This incredible medium bodied Sierra Madre Vineyard Chardonnay spent 14 month in French Oak (70% new).
