On the palate, it is serious without being severe, with flavors of black and red berries, smoke, a noble green (whole cluster), wide on the palate, have depth, it’s long, good acidity, balance and simply delightful. The best Canadian Gamay wine I ever had. Excellent.
Made of 100% Gamay, whole cluster fermentation in cement tank, same for ageing. No sulfur added at all. Total production of 378 cases. Alcohol level of 12,8%
