High quality California Pinot.

A little hot, not really flexing that Sonoma strength.

Maybe not the best pairing but in the words of Tim Gunn we were able to "make it work." Fresh red fruit, violets, perfume and subtle white pepper that are met with plush red fruit and accessible tannins on the palate. This is a baby and should go another five to ten years.
