13 Pedernales Cellars GSM 50% Mourvèdre nose cherry, Flavs cherry, lite oak,
tannins & balance great Texas Hill country wine

Little bouquet but a beautiful ruby color. Bold acid but not balanced with tannin. Bright cherry flavors up front but it drops off dramatically. A slight tannic finish.

Still drinking well. Moderately high acid and great red fruits.

Very nice pairing for leftover thanksgiving meals. Light and somewhat sweeter than anticipated with pleasant acidity and deep ruby red color.
