This is an excellent pinot in every way. It has a Burgundian nose, but on the palette it is sublime, lithe and textured. Its candied cherries on the palette dominate. I just soiled my pants.

Impressive Pinot Noir Peirson Meyer has had a Identity Crisis. In years past they operated with 2 different labels. The other being L'Angevin !! That label is now on the back label!!!

Big new world Pinot- kept right up with full bodied cabs. Oak still prominent and balanced perfectly with the fruit and acidity. Charred raspberries, orange peel, cola, and molasses. One of the best Pinot deals out there IMO.

Apr 22nd, 2018Killer Pinot for $40. Full bodied, weighty mouthfeel. Smokey spices on the nose, oak and fruit in perfect balance with a dark Kayro finish. Wish I would have bought more than 2 bottles.
