Estate Bottled Napa Valley Cabernet Franc

Mint, eucalyptus, fig...and evolving with air.

Served with chocolate soufflé. Incredible match.

Been sitting in my cellar for 12 years. Wasn't too shabby

Yum....thought I might have let these three bottles go a little too long but beautiful integrated structure after an hour and a half of time....deep, dark, brooding on the early taste but amazing for a pure cab franc after two hours.
