6 years ago I would have thrown this wine down the drain because it's made in a very oxydative style and smells like a white dry wine that would have experienced premox, at first. But it's more than that... There is apricot, honey, nuts, white pepper, some raisins, some almond. Wow this is intense and complex. The palate is dry, with a strong acid drive, some honey and apricot notes all along, some spice, a good width, almost a tannic grip in the mid palate, before a long, fresh, acid driven finish with white pepper and apricot notes. This would not be ridiculous against cote du jura tradition expressions 👍🏻 this is not for everyone though, it's for oxydative style wine lovers
