Philippe Bornard
Le Ginglet Arbois Pupillin Trousseau
Really like this stuff. It's been a real roller coaster: juicy red fruit at first, then went through a shitty VA-heavy phase, and now, 3 days after being open, it's woodsy and herbaceous, if a bit short. Transcendental? No. But a lesson in what 'natural' wine can do.

Mar 22nd, 2015Always like this one. This bottle wasn't showing as bright as the last vintage. Which is just an excuse for me to try another bottle.
