Put an overnoy label on it. Tastes like ploussard. Best bottle of this I've cracked, and great with duck liver mousse. 800 bottles made. 2010.

Last bottle of a legendary six-pack. Color faded to pale rose, palate is dense / satiny and saturated with flavor. Still deep cherry, orange peel, cinnamon, rose petals. Totally beguiling. Lightweight but taut musculature like a ballerina. Drink up now & but could still take on pork tenderloin.
