Classic Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir if there is such a thing. Nice aromas of herbs, truffle, and red berries. The nose is balanced between fruity and earthy notes; it’s quite flavorful despite being light bodied. It’s a nice wine, and a great introduction to what red burgundy is all about.
