Vermentino di Gallura

Nice but not overly remarkable. Although they are not all 1:1 comparable, I generally need to remember that if I want a crisp Italian white, I prefer gavi, Soave, verdicchio, Orvieto, and pigato (even if it is related to vermentino) to vermentino itself. Probably in roughly that order too.

Fresh, bright, rich tropical fruit, floral and herbal aromas. Enjoyed with marinated air fryer salmon ($20)
