Holy moly. Improved since last time. More later.
Almost 17 hours open. Nose is less fruity than yesterday. It was so pure and so decadently fruited. Just perfect red and black cherry fruit. Lovely palate like a melting coffee cake. Slippery, sleek with insane focus. Perfect balance and texture. Just a stunning bottle of wine.

Nose is stunning. Animal, game, pointed cherry fruit, gorgeous minerals and earthiness. Huge iodine and minerality. Just huge. A sense of sweetness. Wow. Cherry flower. Floral beyond belief. Just a sick nose. Maybe 9.7. Maybe higher.
Palate has energy for days. Teeming with energy and purity. So compact and pure. Terrific sweetness and depth. Tangy and red fruited with very good structure and sweetness. Really open as well. So tangy and deep. Amazingly red fruited compared to all the black fruited 19 Brisset reds. Also Bouillon on the nose.
Nose is really opening. Really opening. Superb clarity and layering. So complete. The fruit is so sweet and gloriously beautiful. Most open of any of the 19 Brisset reds.

Needs an hour decant. Do NOT drink before then.
Nose: cherry lipstick and cher y flowers. As it opens a hint of cherry candy almost like port but in an elegant Burgundian way.
Palate: so pure. Almost like free run juice. Delicious. Liquid pink roses. Hint of cherry skin. Hint of elegant spice. As it opens amazing elegant density. Sick. Just sick. That elegant sexy spice. Like salma Hayek.
Just a fucking great fucking wine.
