Bourgogne Chardonnay

Very mineral and gravelly on the nose. Wonderful intensity for a Village While Burgundy. Ripe grapefruit with cleansing acidity. I’m glad I waited 7 years to have the first one. Quite impressive. Had a 2nd bottle 30 weeks later on 16th September 2023 with similar notes. Aromas of white flowers. Very mineral on nose (stony) and palate. Lemon and other citrus. Like the body, leanness and acid of a Chablis.

Off the Casanova list. Light straw gold. Citrus and minerals. Nice acidity. Young. Developed with air. A great Bourgogne.

Lemon seed, lemon oil, almond, decent minerality and acidity. Always good.

White peach, lemon, green apple acidity, almond oil, mineral finish. Good stuff.

Pale lemon green; medium plus intensity aromas of ripe melon, apricot, lime zest, pineapple, salted lemon, honeysuckle, citrus blossom, chalk; dry, medium plus acid, medium alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors of melon, apricot, pineapple, lime zest, lime flower, honeysuckle, salinity, chalk; long finish, very complex, concentrated flavors, outstanding

Lemon, lemon zest, almond oil, minerals. Burgundy.

Always a favorite. Never disappoints but it is getting harder and harder to find. It's not the level of the 1er crus obviously but it is totally delightful

Meyer lemon, dusty-crushed shells, almond oil, decent acidity.
