2010, this fresh Puligny Montrachet is a great companion for a summer dinner. It has light gold color, a mineral nose, with hint of smoked barrel , citrus and pineapple, a full fresh yet creamy body, fresh vibrant acidity, a long rich finish. A pleasure. My score 89, drink 2015 to 2021 perhaps longer.

Still some oak lingering on this 8 years on, but it’s by no means at the forefront. It is, however surprisingly still fresh, vibrant, and extremely mineral. The oak balances that vibrancy by lending a sort of herbal, vanillin sweetness. Lovely.

Excellent tension and richness on the nose. Flint, smoke, dense yellow and white fruit. Was told this was like Coche with more precision and I agree. Loads to come.
