Les Embrazees Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

Crisp and bright at the front with struck matches and flint. Pretty light citrus and limestone. A slight bitterness on the end. Very good.

Needs list of air--- rich and precise. Addictive wine.

With room to grow here, this is a youngster that shows such great promise. Dense but light on its feet, PYCM is a wizard with his fruit . A cool streak of mint with was very noticeable in this after a few hours open with lime, minerality and and with orchard fruits (decanted 2 hours, the re-bottled). Fresh, pure and crazy complex the layers are tightly stitched together with air barely breaking it up more. Wait a few years or decant several hours. #pycm

Terrific stuff. Rich but elegant.

Terrific nose. Very pure and rich on the palate and a bit of that PYCM thickness. Very pure but needs 4-6 years to integrate. It's all there.

An absolute beauty of a wine for our fist “post-COVID” lunch (can’t say we’re fully post- anything given we’re not in the clear...).

Round mouthfeel with the linear laser like acidity giving the wine a lot of structure and focus. Starting to see the nutty and honey notes develop giving the the wine some beautiful complexity.

Killer, huge expression! Open and ready for biz.
