Apr 15th, 2018So far I’ve yet to find something it doesn’t pair with. With such tight acidity it’s almost to much but near the end a bit of sugar cools it down. Wouldn’t recommend witha. Scratchy throat.

Light Spanish wine that reminds me of an Italian white. It's easy to drink and pairs well with fish of all sorts. Fun little white.
