Clear, pale gold. Ripe red apple and white honeysuckle on the nose. Ripe red apple, honey, white honeysuckle, slight minerals on the palate. Medium light body. Good frizzante fizz at opening. High acidity and medium finish.

What's not to like? Deep gold in color. Nose of tropical fruits and honeysuckle with a hint of minerality. Frizzante bubbles with overripe pear and honeysuckle nectar on the palate. Balanced acidity yields a clean finish. Excellent example of the varietal and style.

Not too sweet, good dessert wine. I'm not a dessert wine fan but this goes great with tiramisu and chocolate cake
