Pisoni Vineyards
Estate Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir

Still primary, starting to show some soy savory character. Delicious.

It's pinot night! This was good, but I was actually thinking this would have a bit more depth to it (probably just a bit too far past peak). Still a terrific wine, but if you have a bottle of this I'd recommend popping the cork sooner rather than later.

(from a magnum) Absolutely fantastic pinot from Gary Pisoni. Had a bottle of the 2007 last year, and this magnum is drinking SO much better. Great balance, tremendous fruit on the nose, with enough acidity to keep it moving. Best QPR pinot money can buy!
