It has an intense and pleasant nose of plum, violet flowers, and hints of coffee beans & black pepper. Full bodied silky pallate with plum, blueberry, & dark chocolate coming through, along with robust but not overpowering tannins. An excellent pairing with marinated flank steak & wild ramp chimichurri! ($12) [4/25/20]
