Spices aroma. Low acidity. Citrus flavors. Paired with lemon and asparagus risotto. Italian tasting wine dinner.

Fresh, clean nose of clean linens, hay and wet stone. Bright, crisp and dry on the palate. Crisp and fruity flavors of citrus and apricot lead to bright acidity and crisp minerality, grass, vegetal notes and stone. The finish is short but clean and bright.

Bright, light and crisp with vegetal flavors of wheat and grass mixed with grapefruit and lemon. Would be good with grilled fish. Lees contact is prevalent

Mar 31st, 2016Wonderful! Had with squid ink pasta with white wine sauce , calamari, mussels, and shrimp. Nice brightness with slight fruit and lovely effervescence. Bought 3 bottles 20$per at Eataly in downtown Chicago.
