Strong cherry and smoky notes on the nose. The wine is a bit heavy on the tannins for me. Lots of vanilla, cedar and black fruit flavors. Pleasant finish.

An enjoyable, well priced Pinot. A good nose with dark fruit flavor and spice, plus a wonderful effervescent texture. Would be great for entertaining.

This 2014 is a wonderful Pinot Noir. Have had at least one other Ponzi that cost more than this and it was as good or better.

Smokey nose, ash? Starts acidic. Smooth on the tongue. Light flavors, but still no watery flavors. Light tannins. Good finish.
