It’s not free but I got it for $8.96 from Garagiste and not only is it saline and lemon salt and floral but it is exciting me very much and not just because I’m coming down from a month of Pinotage reporting. Seashells and lily gardens mingle. Acid AF. It fades a smidge fast but maybe that is just an excuse to gulp more and rejoice. I am. You shall.

May 20th, 2023Great patio wine on this 80 degree day. Sea salt, cotton candy/melon. Ok acidity, but good salt and melon on the palate. Solid and yummy.

Lots of flowers on the nose, like walking into a spring time garden. Hints of lemon curd and seashells as well. Similar flavors on the palate with zesty med+ acidity. Very tasty, refreshing white. Hit the spot on a hot summer day.
