Smoked blueberries and apple cider. Might be good with a very pungent, creamy cheese. Or brisket and a bright, tangy slaw. I drank it alone. It reminded me of peat moss, fresh rutabagas. Would taste good with lunch on an old raw pine table in a old tobacco barn. With leather saddles hanging about.
