This is a beautiful wine. Think fresh strawberry preserves with a touch of black tea to balance the sweetness. So, so pretty

A stunner. Italian tibouren! Serve slightly lower than cellar temp and watch this beauty as it unfolds. Cherry liqueur and great acidity with a complexity that lifts it above being a mere ordinary quaffer. 1 hr decant. Colour is dusty garnet, like an old Barolo. Here’s to spring.

Whoa. Suuuuuper light bodied. Almost like a cranberry juice kind of mouth-feel. Young, light, bright red fruit followed by stale smoke on the nose. Tart & thin, but not necessarily in a bad way. Decent light red for a hot day- could totally be enjoyable chilled.
