Savory and dry but almost tasted like their may be some botrytised grapes in here

Racy, minerally and kinda ashy. Drank this with kingfish carpaccio and loved it. Great bang for $

Mineraltimes

This is a good...but not great example of a sicilian white. A varietal I've not tried before, it has a nice flavor profile but somewhat out of balance. Don't know the details on the vintage, so will have to try again. As of now, good but not great.

Volcanic FONK

Savoury, great texture, long length.
