👄 On the mouth: we can easily feel some wild fruits, has a middle body, with a soft tannins, and a vibrant acidity. The taste stay in the mouth for some time. And then elegantly disappear.
🍽️ Harmonization: semi hard cheese, rosted pork ribeye, mutton, buffalo meat and bean risotto with rib.

Pleasant peppered piquant. Fruitier that a lot of Portuguese wines I have tasted. Just fortify and your good to go. Still, super easy quaffer. Monday!
