This Tempranillo blend is ready at 9 years old. Don't wait. The tannins are subtle so it's time to pop the cork. Pair it with a low fat meat like filet mignon. Very smooth and mature. It's aroma is savory and attention grabbing at first but it quickly settled as it opened up. Chocolate and tobacco on the front. Nice Spanish red fruit on the finish. Easy drinking and elegant.
