Yummy sorta like manzanilla but also a white wine. Medium to heavy body smells like candies peach, lemons, some grape fruit, and really ripe pine apple . Mouth feel of almonds, peaches, lemon. Had it with teriyaki chicken, kimitsu and broccoli, grilled asparagus and ginger sauce and fried rice

Paired well with cacio pepe pasta and pan-sauteed wild salmon. Surprised by the acidity of a 13-year-old vintage; not surprised it was slightly oxidized (in a good way). A good white wine for hubby who typically prefers red.
