Beautiful blanc / blush transparent pink - white in the glass.
Just a classy clean bouquet with aromas of raspberry, peaches, and the light waft of fresh bread.
Nice mousse, not overpowering. Monastrell comes through. Big, unencumbered, and inconspicuously fresh and bold. Peaches and raspberries with a light bready character. Cherries.

Tart pomegranate, crisp acidity with some minerality. Underappreciated. Incredible for the price. Great way to start off dinner at Vicia.
