Vintage 2018 | My favorite Cava. This gran reserva spend 60 months in bottle. Xarel-lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is so refined and has elegance. I love it very much. Paired with a simple apple-chicken salad with Dyonaise mustard honey dressing. Have a good Sunday! — 18 days ago
