Lemon yellow in color. The nose was somewhat muted but there were underlying aromas of lime zest, grapefruit and minerals. The palate started soft but woke up as time went on. Showed signs of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Unfortunately, age killed the finish. There was a touch of banana bread as it quickly trailed off.
