This is an amazing wine! It is perfect with dark chocolate, a nice hearty cheese or it can stand alone. The 2010 has definitely had time to age and soften perfectly.

Took a little while to open up but once it did it became a very well balanced CA Syrah. Smooth and slightly fruit forward.
