Inexpensive Cava wine. Always too many tapas. This is a fine compliment to all- although I felt it was trying to trick the "that sounds familiar" wine drinkers with the name.

I paired this with damp, herbed Israeli feta one night and an earthy goat cheese the next. The spicy, earthy flavor of the wine was a great complement. I will buy this one again.
