This vineyard in Amador County is quite the find. Check out their website and current prices. We had two cases shipped, mostly 2010 Old Vine Zin. Believe they are out of 2009? The 2010 is not quite ready but after an hour of breathing and then decanting it opened up nicely. It was dark red, but not inky. The nose was a full bowl of dark fruit, the taste was berries, wood, earth, touch of leather. We are going to let the 2010 sit for quite a while, it is a little too young. The tannins were present the more it opened up, and we think everything will come together and make a good wine evven greater in a year or two. This winery sells great QPR wine if you love Zin, as we do
