Wandering Poet Junmai Ginjo Sake

Clean, medium-bodied. Flavors of bitter almond, melon, pear, unripe white peach. Crisp, but rounded mouth feel.

Pure and clear, good acidity, fresh and all... 李白 is the name of the poet, carefree and childlike.

I'm absolutely no sake expert but this was nice. A little floral and medium bodied sake that went nicely with the sashimi.

Has always been a go to but it was really great with sweet/spicy ribs @Morimoto #sakedrinkerandfriends

Sake needs to be consumed young & vibrant. Sad this guy got forgotten in my collection

Clean, subdued w melon & nuts

I can't resist sake. This disappeared rather quickly. Well it was very hot outside- this was so cold and refreshing and subtle.
