Fruity, sweet, low acid. Agree w/apricots description. A tiny bit of waxy aftertaste. You could sip this this mild cheese, enjoyably so. We tried with seared tuna and enjoyed.

Love it. Especially for the price! 55 degrees and decanter. I know, I know. Decanter white wine. Decanting never hurts good wine!
