1970 vintage. Showing well with reasonably good fruit but bit of herbal, acetone character. Good but definitely overshadowed by the 1966.

Incredibly balanced after 46 years - cork in tact, tannic acid reduced, fruit balanced, lingering on the tongue for a full minute... Wow. Expected weak nose gave way to tart black berries and currants and even figs... Amazing wine and vintage.
