Outstanding. Dark, dark fruits with just the right amount of oak, and note of charcoal. Has 10-15 years to go easy.

Quite an enjoyable degree of chewiness. I liked the nose- cedar with warm road tar.

O. M. G! And this is just their Valpolicella! I can only imagine the ecstasy of their Amarone. Such amazing depth, yet light and elegant. Dried red pomegranate fruit and leather on the nose, but it opens to darker depths of wild black fruits and creosote smoke on the palate, plus a bit of a briny note to a finish that goes on for-e-ver. Paired with a glazed pork chop to complete an amazing meal. TGIF!!
