Palate is crunchy with huge acidity and delicious, palate slathering minerals. Juicy with wonderful purity and freshness. Terrific mouthfeel and awesome mineral, crunchy texture and that licking a rock feeling that elite German riesling has. Great grip and concentration and a delicate tannic structure. A triumph.

Stripped, barren, salty as the ocean. Refreshing, but minimalistic.
