On the nose, lots of green herb and vegetal notes. Smells of fennel, fresh cut grass and a healthy dose of minerality. The palate is rounder and fuller than you would expect, I would put this at a solid medium bodied wine. The mouth coating honeyed note is a very pleasant contrast to the crisp fennel notes. A great wine for around $10 bucks!
