This has got to be the top Pinot Noir from the Southern Hemisphere. Who else is fighting for the podium?! Chacra in Patigonia has a shot. Burn Cottage from NZ I like. Ochota from Oz is worthy of a podium. But yeah, Sailor is winning gold in my book.

The word which comes to mind immediately is “velvety”. Soft and classy, rich but eminently quaffable. This is definitely entering the territory of bliss.

Jan 23rd, 2018Continually impressed by producers in Tasmania. This Pinot leads the way. So damn pure, lively, tension, great core of fruit, but not flabby. I wish this was more readily available in the US. Thanks for transporting @Brad Page via the international pilot network.
