A different white blend of grapes Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino, Fiano and Chardonnay that generate a rich and a bit heavy wine with intense fruit and flower on both nose and palate. As a mouthfeel can be a bit powerful with some layers of astringency. This wine screams for food pairing, say; green olives with mild cheese, baked fish with some herb-elaborated sauces and mostly white meats topped with olive oil.

Excellent wine. Kafir, lime leaf, pear. Very light and dry on the pallet. Had on its own but would pair well with food. Would love to have it again.
