Reserve The Butterfly Effect Shiraz
Blackberry sauce, fruit cake, and sweet tobacco. Medium-full body, very smooth but not too spicy. Medium to somewhat full swing of acidity and tannins. Pretty tamed for a Syrah/Shiraz .

Jun 3rd, 2019Notes of cherries, blueberries, blackberries. Semi sweet taste with a delectable dryness to it. Somewhat acidic with a nice brightness to it. It is fairly light bodied but has a peppery feel that can transform into a fizzy feeling. This excitement it has towards the end makes it more memorable and enjoyable than other light bodies wines.

Feb 13th, 2017Smells like dates and blueberries and oak. Tastes thick with a few flavor depths: the dry creamy juice hits first, then a little tart berry, followed by a clean green wood aftertaste.

Dec 11th, 2016Fruit bomb with a hot finish. Exactly what you need after a long week. Perfumed violets and intense blue raspberry sauce on the nose. Earthy funk started to develop later on, and spicy anise/vanilla nuances consistently played on the fruit. Chewy tannins kept everything balanced. Pleasantly surprised.
