An amazing effort, even as a young wine, this Shiraz is fruit forward with blackberry and dark currant tones. Shiraz was once my favorite varietal until the Aussie style changed in the late 1990s to a more thick and sweet style. This more restrained wine may bring me back into the Shiraz fold!

2014. Somewhat light, but very smooth with red berry notes, pepper, and pleasant tannins.

Not a bad red, not familiar with the traits of a Shiraz. Not my preference taste wise for a red.
