At the moment, this is on the burlier side of Saxum. The fruit that usually eases those tannins emerge after a while. I’d suggest a long decant/serving with something like steak … at least in the near term

This was not ready. Awkward and too hot. Decanted for an hour. After several hours, started to calm down and show well, but definitely needs time.
