v0.1 - Crisp, pure brambly fruit and a little spice with mouth-watering acidity on the finish, it’s on the simple side but that doesn’t make it any less tasty. It was purchased almost seven years ago but is fresh and showing no signs of age.

Significantly better than my first bottle, which seemed disjointed and too acidic. This was really nice as a food companion and had me thinking of parallels to a good, cleanly made Sangiovese. Very enjoyable and well priced.

Jul 12th, 2017I love peppery Zinfandels because they hold up against all of the creamy, richness of Thanksgiving. This one has a sense of humor and I am going to use it to lighten up the "what I'm thankful for" confessional that is bound to happen.
