I love these sauv blancs coming out of Cali that are either skin contact or long-aged, that keep their acid sheen and layer on the non-fruit characteristics! Killer for the price as well!

In the jura/sherry under flor style. Lots of citrus, sour notes. Very good but perhaps not for everyone.
